[ILQSO] Question???

Submit two logs.  You will enter once as "Non-IL" and once as "IL
Mobile".  As a "Non-IL", you will work only IL stations of course, and
you may have to do a bit of explaining....but send in both logs and
we'll sort it out.  Be sure to note your location for all contacts!

through Missouri at the start of the IL QSO Party and would like to

a few contacts as an out-of-state mobile. A few hours in he will cross
