[ILQSO] Ford, Livingston, Iroquois

My driver (brother-in-law) is working on a route for
us (W9MSE) for the IL QP and among the counties he is
including will be Ford, Livingston, and Iroquois, and
a bunch from there to the west and north.  Route
should be made in a couple days.  CW only.
