[ILQSO] NY4N / M ILQP PRELIM ROUTE

I've been unable to use this reflector (or PA's) for months due to AOL's  
stupid HTML ads stuck on all emails. 
NY4N's post made me wonder what he does different.
 
Anyway, this weekend is the Pennsylvania QSO Party. I will be working in  
Cleveland tonight - a result of the Indians being in the ALCS - but will be  
heading east in the morning to take part in the Sunday fun as W3USA/M.
 
Hope to work lots of IL stations (a nice 40 meter skip distance from WPA)  
and friends of IL.
