[ILQSO] 2007 ILQP

I will be out of town and unable to operate in the ILQP this year.

I have previously set-up at the intersection of Dewitt, Piatt, & Macon counties and I highly recommend the location to anyone looking for a 3-county corner. Fairly quiet, a nice tree to hang your wahrs from, and a beautiful sunset.
