[ILQSO] planned operations

I plan to operator from home in Vermilion County. SSB Only.

There is also talk that a few members of the Vermilion County ARA
might setup at the clubhouse and operate as well. Maybe next year I
can get something setup on a county line such as VERM/IROQ or maybe
even VERM/IROQ/FORD however I don't know if that one is possible. I
don't think there's enough time to get something setup for that this
year.

Look forward to working everyone as this will be my first ILQP.
