I am ready once again to hand out the extremely rare
and always pileup causing multiplier of Oklahoma, and
I am starting to get excited again about the ILQP for
another year.  Let's hope we have better propagation
than last year.  It was good for you IL ops, but
pretty tough for out of state.  Not much on 20m, and
40 didn't lengthen out until 2 or 3 hours into the
contest.
