[ILQSO] K9IUA/Rover QRP

K9iua may be (note: still tentative) operating as a ROVER from
stops in one or more of the following counties:  Jo Daviess,
Stephenson, Winnebago, Ogle, and/or Carroll.  Due to a conflict
that consumes the morning, I will be getting a late start. 
Likely 20 meters early, with 40 meters later, CW primarily,
although may occasionally try SSB.  All operations will be QRP
to Hamsticks.
