Re. the 'Rover' class - OK with me, it just adds
another catagory in which to win prizes.  Maybe
dilutes the field of participants in the other
categories to make it easier to win in any of them.

I won't be operating the Greene, Jersey, Macoupin
corner this year, so it's free for any wishing to take
it this year.  My QTH is now Mt Vernon, IA, and I have
a new 'zero' call, NM0S.  I'm still planning my op. 
Any suggestions for a scarce county in NW IL?
