Well, if the K9IUA QRP stationary mobile must now be called a
"rover" so be it. Not that I set out to win any category
anyway, only the challenge of taking my normal QRP operating to
the car with inefficient hamstick mobile antennas. While I
normally operate while stopped in one county at a time, it was
fun two years ago operating from the intersection of three
counties for an hour.

Does this change mean that I now sign /R (which sounds like a
repeater) or is it still /M ?

I was first licensed in Illinois if that makes any difference
