[ILQSO] Contact from Hell - February 3

I have the parts to make the interface for my rig/computer so I can 
receive Hellschriber.  I need to figure out exact parts for 
transmitting.  I hope to be experimenting with Hellschriber before this 
coming weekend.

p.s. The rules for the FYBO is that you get a larger multiplier for the 
colder it gets.  The idea of noting that you're operating from a place 
"colder than Hell" is a good one.  I'll see whether we can incorporate 
it into the special QSL.
