[ILQSO] results!

The final results of the 2006 ILQP have been posted to the WIARC website
http://www.w9awe.org/ILQP.html.  Included are the scores, club scores,
plaque winners, certificate winners, "edible" winners and analysis.

The plaques, certificates and "edibles" will be mailed out within the
next month or so.
