[ILQSO] updated map

The activity map has been updated, although there are a couple of
changes since this version was posted that will be on the next version.
It is available for viewing at

It appears we are shaping up pretty well and most of the counties are
spoken for, assuming N9JF and KJ9C are able to cover the unclaimed
counties on the west central and southeastern parts of the state.

There is still a hole in the northeast, but hopefully at least a couple
of those counties will have fixed stations on.  Any volunteers?

The next update should happen by this weekend, if not before.
