[ILQSO] RE: [SMC] ILQSO Party 2006 -- JoDaviess County?

It doesn't really matter if it has been active in the past. What matters is 
the activity in any particular year.  Check out the scores from the last few 
years.  If there has only been mobile activity, THEN DO IT!!  The portables, 
especially county lines are so necessary in order to keep up the interests 
and make counties availalbe over a long period.
