[ILQSO] NIU DX cluster

This is not ILQSO Party related but I thought that maybe someone on here
might be able to help me out.

I am looking for someone that can help me out in connecting to the DX
cluster at NIU in DeKalb IL. I have the freq but do not seem to be able to
connect.

I thought that there was a guy in Cortland or maybe Sycamore that I have
talked to on 40m SSB that had something to do with the cluster. Would anyone
know who that might be?

Any help would be appreciated
