[ILQSO] ILQP Images from N9Q/N8XX

Not nearly as pretty as Wayne's (AA9DY), but I managed a few pix from 
the N9Q effort at the Champaign, Douglas, Edgar, Vermilion confluence.

It was too cold to think about anything but staying warm and making a 
few contacts!  (Note K9LOF's farm trailers from which he made a nice 
windbreak!)
