[ILQSO] mobiles

Well, only a few more hours until we start ionizing the atmosphere with
the 2006 ILQP.  

Mobiles, be safe and have fun.  A lot of you are old hands at this, but
that doesn't lessen the danger of trying to make your runs.  Safety
first, fun second and getting all 102 counties on the air is a distant
third.

Fixed stations and portables, don't forget to ask for mobiles
occasionally if you get the chance, spot the mobiles! A big THANK YOU to
all the mobiles that are willing to do this, we couldn't come close to
activating half the state without you.

Also, with the conditions being what they are, I would recommend
everyone check 75/80 meters earlier than we have in the past.  With 40
going long early and quickly, 80 meters may be the best bet for in state
contacts by 2000Z.
