[ILQSO] Montgomery County

It appears, as I have information at the minute, the only county not
claimed is Montgomery.  I have yet to hear the final list from N9JF, so
it may be there is someone going top cover it, but right now no one has
spoken up.

There has been a bit of shuffling of mobile routes and it appears NY4N
may be the man to beat as far as the number of counties activated goes,
but it will be a tough time. 

The map and lists on the website should get updated later today, but it
sure wouldn't hurt to watch the reflector for more last minute changes.
