Bill N9CDX sent me the nice color listing I was looking for.

Jim, all I could find on the main contest website was the abbreviation
chart on the summary sheet. The states and provinces are listed but not
abbreviations. So I had a flashback to the one that Tony N9YPN had last
year and started asking around.

N9CDX's is easier to read, with counties on one page and states and
provinces on another. Printed two-sided on index stock and laminated,
it will last for years.
