Since you asked, I'll clutter up the web site with the following info
regarding N9Q a the corner of CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM
1. I've located at least 30' of mast for the expedition. The 80 metre
dipole and 100' of open wire line is stored safely.
2. I've a reservation at a small motel in Westville, IL, about 20 miles
away for Saturday and Sunday evenings.
3. My generator still runs, after Field Day and OQP.
4. I'm hoping we don't have weather like has been present in Michigan
the last two daze, snow, mixed with rain, and 20 to 30 MPH winds from
the west.
5. I've publicized the event on countyhunters at yahoogroups.com. I
emphasized that all Illinois counties are being activated during this
event, so folks stand a chance of snagging an elusive county. If others
are members of other county hunters groups, please post the event there.
6. I've publicized the event again with the MRRC reflector, the OQP
reflector, and the MiQP reflector. I'll do this again mid next week.
7. I've publicized the event in two local club reflectors - others are
encouraged to do the same, hint - hint.
Lettuce hope that publicity does the trick, and the weather is favorable.
