[ILQSO] Edgar county, anyone else?

I'll be looking for someone, anyone, to activate EDGAR county, even for 
a few minutes.  I'll be on the corner of CHAM/DOUG/EDGR/VERM, but I see 
no other planned activity for Edgar.  I can't talk to myself to claim 
Edgar!  :)
