[ILQSO] logging program

I have received several logs that were done with N3FJP's logging program
and they are VERY easy to process ( ;0).  I'm pretty sure it's free.
Have never used it but it sounds like it would be worth investigating.
N9PCS also wrote a program that looks pretty good.  I'll be logging on
paper in the car this year (again) since I can't cope with the noise the
inverter puts into the radio...but that's another issue. 73, Jim N9JF
