[ILQSO] PSK in IL QSO?

Hi, Paul.

Not a can of worms at all! The question did come up some time ago. You 
can count a PSK31 or other digital mode contact as a CW contact. Keep 
in mind that you if you work someone on PSK31 on a given band, you 
can't work him again on the same band for CW credit.
