[ILQSO] Club affiliatioin for ILQP

Quite a few SMC members have listed SMC as their club affiliation on
their ILQP entries.  This is GREAT for Sweepstakes and other
nation-wide/world-wide contests (GO ANTZ!) but for ILQP the club
competition is for local clubs only. If you belong to a local club and
listed "SMC" and want to change it, e-mail me and I can easily make the
