[ILQSO] Notice on ILQP log submissions

See Jim's note below.  WriteLog defaults to emailing
your ILQP log to jfunk at adams.net.... which is no
longer a valid email address.  See below for the
correct email address to send your cabrillo logs to
Jim at!

BTW Jim, the ILQSO mailing list bounces half of my
posts as well... so its a 50/50 shot that this msg
will get thorough.  :)
