[ILQSO] update

I have caught all the last minute changes (I think) and when John gets
time to post it, it will reflect the most recent posts I have seen here
today.  Thanks to a lot of hard work, KJ9C and crew have all counties
spoken for and in a few cases, 2 mobiles scheduled for several of the
tougher southern counties.  

I can't imagine how much work it has taken on the part of several
individuals to get this accomplished but I want to say a big thank you
to all who have worked so hard at getting this planned.  Now it is up to
all of us to get on tomorrow and make all the preparation worth while.
