This isn't on the activity map yet. I will be active from W9IW's QTH in
Carroll County using my own call and mostly sideband on 40 and 20
meters in the general portions.

We looked for a location in Jo Daviess, which would be closer to home
just over the state line in Wisconsin, but couldn't come up with
anything suitable (read: warm and restroom access). Maybe we can work
something out there next year but we are settling for Mt. Carroll.
