If NY4N does come up, and covers all those far south counties, I can 
cover the open counties further north between the Mississippi and the 
Wabash Rivers.... so the map may need to be changed yet again.... 
let's see what Jeff can confirm.

Mike AJ9C/p could make a killing on the Iroquois/Kankakee line with a 
dipole... the town of Chebanse straddles the line, a county road 
demarcates the two counties for 2/3 of the way, and that county line 
road butts right up to Indiana at the far west edge of Indiana's 
Willow Slough Game Preserve...  there appear to be some homes in that 
area but perhaps a place to park and toss a dipole across the road
