[ILQSO] PSK31 allowed for contest question?

Michelle and I were thinking about using psk31 to make a few contacts for
the party. I remember reading on the reflector that a psk31 contact would
count the same as a cw contact? I don't see anything in the rules about psk.
So I would like some clarification if it can be used for not. Also how would
I go about logging the contact as such. I have Writelog here as well as Mixw
for the digital modes.
