K9ESV, Emergency Service Volunteers, will be operating from the McHenry 
County Emergency Services communication vehicle.
We will be located at Marengo Ridge Conservation Area, just north of 
Marengo on Route 23.
Most of the ops, members of our RACES and/or ARES group, will be 
experiencing HF and contesting for the first time, so go easy on them!
Primarily phone, but there may be an errant CW type from time to time.

At this time, I am not sure if we will be using only 1 radio and 
officially entering, or having multiple radios and allowing more ops to 
participate.

Anyone else operating as part of an EMCOM group?
Perhaps for next year there could be more of a push to get the various 
groups on the air for this one- like an Illinois Field Day!
