[ILQSO] mobile routes

Hi Jim and Everyone,

The good news is that I have moved to Ohio and IL is now 360 miles closer
than it was when I lived in NE PA. The bad news is that it is very unlikely
that I will be able to operate this year. There is still about a one in ten
shot that I can make it, but business trips during the weeks prior to and
following the contest make it very unlikely.

Have fun and drive safely, mobiles.

73,

Hal W1NN
PS: Look for W3USA/m in the PAQP
