The quick answer to your question (well, quick once I got the e-mail....) is 
the best for me is Excel:  Your County, band (not specific freq), Mode, 
Time, Call, Exchange, with separate lines for each county of a 
multiple-county contact. 

That is ALL I need to do what I'm doing.
