[ILQSO] electronic logs

The electronic logs have been arriving.  The good news is, I have processed 
about 1/4 of them already, and those are ready to go on to the RAMS 
committee for scoring decisions. 

There is no bad news, so far :) 

Some file formats work better than others, which is no surprise.  The 
N3FJP-created Cabrillo is actually the best for me.  The ones that take the 
most work are those with multiple county contacts within one line.  That's 
not a criticism, just an observation.  A more astute log-processor would not 
have a problem with them.  I've done several of those, and they're not 
enough of a headache to cause me to put them off to the end.... 

Anyhow, keep  'em comin'.  If you've considered submitting electronically 
rather than on paper, do it.  You'll get a confirmation message that I've 
received the log, and later one to let you know it's been processed 
uneventfully.
