Otherwise, I guess I am still going to use telnet for my spotting activities &
 make the DXers mad. I think spotting fixed stations on dx summit, 
dx-central, ect IS a great idea to help not only guys like myself that are fixed, but 
numerous out of state operators to pick up fixed stations, especially 
considering the many band/mode combos available in this QSO party!

I believe we need to re-think our spotting plan, & continue to spot on the 
clusters, I have NEVER had a cluster owner/operator complain about non-dx spots, 
just crabby hams.
