[ILQSO] n9oh correction

OK.... after dismissing ILQP for this year I've
decided that i'm "healed" enough to put in some
time from home this year.  I will be working CW
and SSB 10-80.  Can't do the VHF as I didn't get
my coax re-routed... but its better than nothing.

Oh yeah.... working from McHenry Co.
