[ILQSO] K9ESV- McHenry County

McHenry County RACES/ARES will be on the air for the IL QSO party as
K9ESV- Emergency Service Volunteers.

We intend to operate from the county ESDA command vehicle with an
emphasis on 40 and 80, although other bands will be employed. Our intent
is to get some of our newer members on the air, and also to evaluate low
dipoles and "Hamsticks" for regional communications.
