I guess that I would add a column, especially important for mobiles, QTH
SENT.

If you are operating mobile you can't accurately count the multipliers
without that information.

NN9K has raised the question concerning the preferred order of columns
for
information in electronic logs.

I am flexible, and there may be reasons why what follows is not a good
order, but I would suggest:

BAND
MODE
DATE
TIME
CALLSIGN WORKED
QTH RECEIVED
MULTIPLIER

Of these, only BAND, MODE, CALLSIGN and QTH are essential for
log-checking
and scoring.  The RAMS committee has indicated they want TIME included
as
well, and there are situations where it will be helpful.

If you are logging by hand and want to put the log into Excel before
submitting it, (which is why the question came up), doing so in the
above
order would be appreciated, though not required.  

Any questions, please let me know, either on the reflector or direct.
