My two cents:  Another suggestion for changes to ILQP rules:

Bring back the bonus for each county activated by mobile operations.  If the organizers want as many as possible counties activated,  give us a bonus for activating more counties.  The 'true mobile operations' perhaps called "rover", should not stop on multiple county corners and rack up QSO's, they should be rolling down county line roads activating two counties or driving down the highways scurrying to the next county.  This operation/class would be moving for the entire 8 hours.

Then, create a single operator mobile class, that will sit on multiple county corner, rack up QSO's for a period of time, then drive to another multi-county corner and run the pileups.  

More classes = more winners which = more participants which = more competitors which = more fun, which is what we are all looking for.
