[ILQSO] DX QSL requests for WK9O/M

Any DX station needing a QSL from WK9O/m, please send direct. I can =
recieve bureau cards but cannot send them back out the same way because =
I am no longer ian ARRL member.

An SAE with return postage is necesary.
