[ILQSO] Cabrillo template for WriteLog now on webpage

Attention WriteLog users,

N9OH has kindly provided us with a Cabrillo template for WriteLog 
ILQP logs. Feel free to download and try it out before the contest. 
Point your browser to http://my.core.com/~jematz/rams.html and look 
under "Contest Aids". There you can also find a link to Steve's ILQP 
module for WriteLog.

If you plan to submit your log via email, a Cabrillo format log will 
make it easier for N9JF to process. And don't forget to email a 
summary sheet too! Download the summary sheet textfile from the 
website, fill it in, and email it with your log.
