[ILQSO] K9IUA/m tentative plans

Like last year, I am currently planning a four-county
mobile QRP op.  I hope to activate the following 
counties (final order not determined yet) for about 
an hour each, with time in between movements:

Ogle
Carroll
Stephenson
Jo Daviess

Probably 20m only (15m if open), mostly CW, but
some SSB possible, although I may try some 40m
(my 40m Hamstick still doesn't tune-up with any
power out to speak of).
