[ILQSO] Electronic logs to be accepted!

Through the courtesy of Jim-N9JF and Dan-NG9R, ILQP contestants 
*will* be able to submit logs via email. This applies to everyone, 
not just DX. They request Cabrillo files (preferably) or any ASCII 
file. Email logs to Jim at the address shown in the updated rules 
sheet. See http://my.core.com/~jematz/rams.html Printed logs can 
still be sent to the usual address.
