Writelog is good but there is one drawback if you are a mobile cw operation.
You have to change the memories every time you change counties, if you use
the memory keyer function, and that takes time. NA allows you create a file
for each county including the memory keyer function. Changing files takes a
few seconds and typically is not a problem during the contest. The one
drawback with NA is the "after-the-contest" time it takes to merge all of
the logs into a format RAMS will accept. But then again since NA is a DOS
program it will run on anything from a 8088 to a Pentium. Check the NA home
page for a discussion on how to use NA in a mobile operation for the state
QSO Parties.
