Hello Jim and the good folks at RAMS. Since you are kind enough to
administer this contest at no cost to me, unlike Mr. Smith, I will be glad
to submit my log in any form you desire other than in blood.

Further more, I truly doubt there will be more than one or two people who
will wake up that morning and say to themselves "lets work the IL QSO Party
today" then after a moments reflection think to themselves "nay, lets not,
those dirty buggers will not accept my log via email". If you required I
submit the log in Latin that would turn me off, but not the 50 cents it will
cost me to submit (that would be a lot of work as my Latin is way past
rusty). Thanks for the good work (Continui il buon lavoro).
