[ILQSO] 2003 IL QSO Party Announcement

Those of you on the reflector who have administered contest entries sent
electronically, please reply directly to me as to what is involved.

Joe and I discussed earlier the pros and cons of electronic submission.
Last year, I accepted the e-mailed logs from DX stations to spare them the
postal costs.  This year, RAMS (K9LY et al) is doing that.

If someone can show me a simple way to process electronic logs, I'll
reconsider my earlier decision to punt this year.  I am not a computer whiz,
and I have a job...but we'll talk.   I won't shout.
