[ILQSO] ilqp date and website

Steve, one of my reasons for attempting to get a LOT of mobiles active in
IQP is to counter what you felt last year. I think most of us would like to
work most of the stations that need the county, on both modes, before flying
into the next one. There is a "point of diminishing returns" that is
reached (don't ask me what that is....KF9D? W1NN? W3DYA? opinions?) when you
might as well be moving into a new one. When conditions are good and the
activity is high, I would say 20 minutes in a county is NOT "enough".

The most I have ever run in one ILQP is about 20 counties, and it was NUTS!
I know Roger did a lot more than that a couple of times.

The strategy changes if there is a mobile bonus for activation of more
counties; we've beaten that horse before.

Just what is the optimum number of mobiles in a state of this size with >100
counties for an eight-hour contest? Opinions?

73, Jim N9JF
