Scott,
I used WriteLog for my ILQP mobile operation
last year. It does support ILQP and correctly
logs/scores up to 4 counties sent/recvd on a
single qso. Its a third-party plugin for WL
and it happens to be one which I wrote and

I'm still debating whether to run mobile this
year again or just run from home this year...
