[ILQSO] K9LY results

Here's the report on my ILQP mobile operation. Had to limit my 
operating time to only four hours this year, from 2PM until 6PM local 
time. Decided to border-sit at four counties that didn't seem to have 
any other takers according to the county activity map: KANK/WILL and 
GRUN/KEND. Tried to spend a lot of time on the higher bands. 20, 15, 
and 10 all seemed to be fairly open despite the solar flare, but I 
could find ILQP activity only on 20. If there was any on 15 and 10, I 
couldn't hear it from my QTH. Then QSYed to 40 after 20 slowed down. 
Didn't attempt 80m this year due to my shortened schdule. The weather 
was superb -- sunny and mild, without too many ladybugs!

The results:
- QSOs (all CW): 110 -> x2 = 220 QSO points
- states/provinces: 34
- IL counties: 21
- DXCC: 2
- total mults: 57
- final score: 12,540 points

Rig was Icom IC-706Mk2 with Outbacker Perth antenna.

Had a great time! It was fun to work many familiar calls and a lot of 
unfamiliar ones too.
