[ILQSO] Need Multiplier Clarification

When counting multipliers, do you total multipliers/band or simply first =
instance regardless of band? 230 mults from 288 Qs is almost 1 mult/Q, =
which seems really high. We did about 330 CW/SSB and came up with only =
about 75 mults (still tallying).=20
