[ILQSO] KJ9C contacts

During the IL QSO Party my laptop gained 50 minutes sometime between 1800Z
and 2100Z

In order to fix the times in my log i need to know what time the PC clock
started to screw up.... (by the way, it has kept good time the last 24
hours... go figure)

If you worked me during that time frame, I'd appreciate your telling me the
time and WHERE I WAS.... do not tell me anything about your exchange or
where you were, as that would be post contest log checking.... in fact, to
keep it fair, just give me the first three letters of your call and I will
work with it.

my getting the time close to right is good for your log submission too...
even though Cabrillo is not required, and errors in time are normal.....

I can factor the time for all the contacts in that time frame downward by
25%.... but if I can get just a few good times locked in I can guess even
closer than that...
