[ILQSO] logs

My spam filter has caught over 600 messages in the past five days.  Included
were about a dozen ILQP logs.  I rescued them without incident.  
Sometime this week, I will post a list of logs received to the reflector and
will also send it to KB9II so he (or someone) can put it on the website.  I
won't be able to do a full listing until I get home on Saturday as I only
catch some of them on the road.
The logs I have glanced at so far are all readable.  I'll notify anyone who
needs to change their format and resubmit.  Some nice scores out there
despite the conditions!
